If you’re certain about all of the details, simply book the session under the “Booking” tab or the right side of this page. Make sure to fill out the intake form. Please read over the terms & conditions prior to completing ANY session booking.

Terms & Conditions

1. BOOKING & RETAINER

A 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed agreement are required to reserve your session date and time. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.

2. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours before your session. Retainers may be transferred to a new date within 60 days. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the retainer.

3. INCLEMENT WEATHER

If outdoor weather conditions prevent a session from taking place safely or effectively, we will work together to pivot to an indoor location or reschedule for the next available date at no additional cost.

4. GALLERY TURNAROUND & DELIVERY

Proof galleries are delivered via a private online portal within 10–14 business days. Final, high-resolution digital edits are delivered within 7 business days following your image selections.

5. COPYRIGHT & IMAGE USAGE

Brookside Creative Co. retains all original copyright for all photographs. You are granted personal print rights and digital sharing rights for non-commercial use. Images may not be altered, filtered, resold, or submitted to third parties without prior written consent.

6. PORTFOLIO & SOCIAL MEDIA RELEASE

Brookside Creative Co. reserves the right to share select images on official portfolio channels, website galleries, and social media platforms. If you require full privacy or unposted images, please let us know prior to your session date.
